We are available to schedule appointments and serve you during the following regular business hours and by special appointment:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Appointment Policies
To help us provide all our clients with the individual attention they expect and deserve, we ask that appointments be made in advance to ensure availability. We also ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we do ask that a 24- hour notice be given so we can offer your appointment to another client. If a 24-hour notice is not provided, some charges may apply.
Cell Phone Policy
In order for you to receive the most benefit from your appointment, we ask that you please turn off your cell phone during your treatment time.
Health History Policy
Because we have your overall comfort and well-being in mind, please inform us of any illnesses, injuries or changes in your health status before any spa treatments. This will allow us to ensure the treatments you receive will not interfere with your medical circumstances in any way.
